What Brivix AI does

Brivix AI is a personal rental agent service. We search for apartments on your behalf, contact landlords, track responses, follow up, and keep you updated throughout your search. You provide your preferences and we do the legwork.

What you provide

To use the service, you provide:

• Your name and email address (via Google sign-in)
• Your rental search criteria (budget, neighborhoods, move-in date, bedrooms, pets, lease preference)
• An approved outreach message template that we send to landlords on your behalf
• Your tour availability and feedback after tours

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We use it as-is to search and communicate with landlords.

What we share with landlords

When we contact landlords on your behalf, we share:

• Your approved outreach message (which you review before it is sent)
• Your name (included in the outreach message)
• Relevant search criteria (move-in date, lease length, household details you chose to include)

We do not share your email address, phone number, budget, or other listings you are considering unless you explicitly ask us to.

Communications

By using Brivix AI, you consent to receive:

• Email updates — landlord replies, search progress, tour confirmations
• Text messages (SMS) — time-sensitive updates such as tour reminders and landlord responses

Message frequency varies based on your search activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS. You can also email support@brivix-ai.com to adjust your communication preferences.

Your account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account. If you want to delete your Brivix AI account and all associated data, email support@brivix-ai.com and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

No guarantees

Brivix AI helps you find apartments, but we cannot guarantee results. We do not guarantee that any listing is available, that any landlord will respond, or that you will find a rental through our service. Listing information comes from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or outdated.

We are not a licensed real estate broker. We do not negotiate leases, handle deposits, or provide legal advice. Any rental agreement you enter into is between you and the landlord.

Limitation of liability

Brivix AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brivix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed rental opportunities, inaccurate listing information, or communications sent on your behalf.

Your data

How we collect, use, store, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Brivix AI, you agree to our data practices as described there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of Brivix AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
