What does Brivix AI do?
Brivix is your personal rental agent. Tell us what you're looking for — budget, move-in date, neighborhoods, pets, dealbreakers — and we search for apartments, contact landlords, verify availability, and track every response. You just show up to tour.
What platforms do you search?
We currently search Zillow. More platforms like Craigslist are coming soon.
Does Brivix contact landlords for me?
Yes. We send personalized messages to landlords on your behalf, track their responses across email, text, and Zillow, and follow up if they don't reply. You review everything and make all decisions — we do the legwork.
Do I need to install anything?
No. We work through a web app and email. Just sign up and tell us what you're looking for. In future we will provide a mobile app.
How much does Brivix AI cost?
Early access is free. We're building the product and want your feedback. We'll announce pricing before anything changes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and only used to power your apartment search. We never share your information with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@brivix-ai.com to request deletion. We'll remove your data within 30 days.
