Who receives messages

Landlords and property managers who text our phone number about a rental inquiry. All conversations are initiated by the landlord — you find our number on a rental inquiry message (e.g. on Zillow) and text us to discuss the inquiry.

What we send

When you text us about a rental inquiry, you may receive messages about:

  • Renter interest and details about the inquiry
  • Tour scheduling requests and confirmations
  • Follow-up messages about the rental inquiry
  • Availability and listing questions

How it works

Brivix AI acts as a rental agent on behalf of apartment seekers. When a renter is interested in your listing, we include our phone number in the inquiry. If you text that number, you'll receive replies about that specific inquiry — renter details, tour scheduling, and follow-ups.

Each conversation is about a specific rental listing and renter inquiry.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on inquiry activity. A typical conversation involves 2-10 messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can resume at any time by texting START.
